{"id":9065,"date":"2025-09-27T21:21:51","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T19:21:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.safershorelines.com\/interboot-friedrichshafen-2025-safer-shorelines-on-stage\/"},"modified":"2025-11-05T13:39:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T12:39:17","slug":"interboot-friedrichshafen-2025-safer-shorelines-on-stage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.safershorelines.com\/en\/interboot-friedrichshafen-2025-safer-shorelines-on-stage\/","title":{"rendered":"Interboot Friedrichshafen 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mhlzi3gg-493c8a29645e9929c4ab5926f21409bd '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Safer Shorelines on stage<\/h2>\n<p>From September 25 to 27, 2025, I was able to present our Safer Shorelines project at Interboot in Friedrichshafen &#8211; one of the most important water sports trade fairs in the German-speaking world.<\/p>\n<p>On stage, I presented both the SEE-Safety Guide and the Wolfgangsee buoy project.<\/p>\n<p>The response from the audience was fantastic and once again confirmed how important our cause is:<\/p>\n<p>More fun through diving safety and water safety for everyone!<\/p>\n<h2>Media presence and initial reactions<\/h2>\n<p>One highlight was the interview with **Benjamin Schulze** from the magazine *Tauchen*.<\/p>\n<p>The conversation was published on Facebook and shared by the trade fair itself on the same day.<\/p>\n<p>The effect was immediately noticeable: just a few hours later, I received two calls with concrete interest in the buoy project.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Alexander Ka\u00dfler, editor-in-chief of Tauchen magazine, has offered to present our project in detail in the Christmas issue.<\/p>\n<p>The VDST also opened its doors: Dietmar Fuchs, editor-in-chief of the association&#8217;s magazine Sporttaucher, asked for a contribution of 2,000 characters and 3-4 pictures.<\/p>\n<p>This report already appears in the BOOTS issue &#8211; a **special issue with up to 8 pages** is also planned.<\/p>\n<p>THANKS to Dietmar \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<h2>Valuable discussions and new partners<\/h2>\n<p>Interboot was an ideal place to expand our network. Among the most important encounters: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Daniela Burri (DAN)<\/strong> &#8211; Exchange on joint security initiatives in Switzerland.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mig Wehrle (Cressi)<\/strong> &#8211; open ear for our work, possible cooperation with a QR code on their buoys.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paul Fischer (Aqua-med)<\/strong> &#8211; close cooperation promised.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Markus Schemp (Omnisub)<\/strong> &#8211; concrete plan for implementing the 10 rules on Elba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heiko G\u00fcnzel (Tauchzentrum Geiseltal)<\/strong> &#8211; Implementation of the rules at the largest artificial lake in Germany.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frank Leinenbach (Extra Divers Worldwide AG)<\/strong> &#8211; strong interest in the &#8220;Safety &#8211; Bot&#8221; project, sample provision promised.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conny Pfeifer (Mermaid Meets Relaxation)<\/strong> &#8211; successful SSI swimming instructor; together with her mother Beate, she has promised strong support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conclusion and outlook<\/h2>\n<p>Interboot Friedrichshafen 2025 has shown that Safer Shorelines is attracting enormous interest &#8211; from the media, industry partners and water sports enthusiasts.<\/p>\n<p>The next steps are particularly pleasing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More visibility<\/strong> through planned media reports in Tauchen und Sporttaucher.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New collaborations<\/strong> with international partners such as Aqua-med, Omnisub and Extra Divers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concrete projects<\/strong> on Elba, at Lake Geiseltal and in international diving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The positive response gives us a tailwind.
