Safer Shorelines at boot Düsseldorf 2026 – a strong signal

From January 17 to 25, 2026, I was able to present Safer Shorelines at the HEAD Watersports stand at boot Düsseldorf.

These days were marked by great approval, many valuable discussions and numerous new contacts. Particularly pleasing was the broad support for our mission: more safety in water sports through clear rules, education and visibility.

A central topic was our pilot project SEE SAFETY GUIDE at Wolfgangsee. This project now forms the basis for extensive cooperation at Geiseltalsee in Germany – an important step for the further development of Safer Shorelines.

Another highlight was the presentation of “Safety”, our motivating water sports avatar. The response was consistently positive and confirms that this approach has great potential.

We are particularly proud that SSI is taking up our content and developing a safety course from it, which is made available free of charge to all SSI divers.

Looking back, our appearance at boot Düsseldorf 2026 was clearly a success – not because everything is finished, but because much has only just begun.
